Theatre and Performance is huge in Doncaster, in no small part due to the investment in Cast which opening in 2013. There is a wealth of artists, theatre makers and creatives in Doncaster all working to make the sector thrive. Performance work in Doncaster takes risks, is diverse, celebrates local stories and is of the highest quality.

We are also lucky to be close to Sheffield Theatres, which is the largest theatre complex outside of London.

There are so many amazing jobs in a theatre that don’t mean you have to love performing. You can work backstage, front of house, in communications and design… but in a fantastic building surrounded by people who have a love for theatre!
